Access to pk358 is restricted to adults aged 18 or above — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Age verification is mandatory. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or playing.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk358 ("pk358", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk358 website located at https://pk358.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, instant games and account management features.
pk358 is an online gaming and sports betting platform made available to adult users. This platform targets users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. All content on pk358 is published in English and is directed at adult audiences.
These Terms apply to all users of the platform, whether accessing via desktop browser or mobile device. The opening of duplicate, linked or associated accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. pk358 employs technical and analytical methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts may be suspended and funds held pending investigation.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your account lifetime and to notify pk358 promptly of any changes.
Providing false registration information — including the use of a pseudonym, another person's identity or a fictitious address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pk358 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
You agree to notify pk358 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Where such notification is received, pk358 will take reasonable steps to secure the account, but cannot guarantee the recovery of funds that may have been removed prior to notification.
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, pledge or otherwise transfer your account, account balance, accumulated loyalty points or any other account-linked benefit to any third party. Any purported transfer of this nature is void and may result in account suspension.
pk358 is required to implement Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures to verify the identity, age and residential address of all users prior to processing withdrawal requests or granting full platform access. KYC verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large deposit volumes or compliance requirements.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and, in some cases, account suspension. pk358 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until all required verification documents have been reviewed and approved.
Users may fund their pk358 account using payment methods made available in the Platform's cashier section. The availability of specific payment methods — including those commonly used in Pakistan such as bank transfers associated with HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and mobile wallet services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast — is subject to change without notice and is dependent on the operator's current payment integrations.
All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing times and applicable fees are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once all applicable KYC verification requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Processing times vary by payment method and are as communicated in the cashier section.
pk358 reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance checks before processing any withdrawal. Where a withdrawal is subject to investigation, pk358 will notify the User and provide an estimated resolution timeline where possible.
Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been completed in full. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds prior to completion of wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
Where amounts are displayed on the platform, they are referenced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) for the convenience of Pakistani users. Actual account currency, conversion rates and applicable transaction fees are as specified in the cashier section at the time of deposit or withdrawal. pk358 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations or third-party transaction fees not disclosed on the Platform.
pk358 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback or other incentives to new and existing users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

pk358 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any rights accrued prior to such withdrawal or modification are not retroactively affected. Only one welcome offer may be claimed per user, per household and per device.
Where pk358 has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose — including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion or multi-accounting — pk358 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus, void associated winnings and suspend the account pending investigation.
All bets placed on pk358 are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sports market, casino game or instant game, as published within the Platform. By placing a bet or commencing a game session, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.
All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. pk358 offers markets on Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC events and other sports as listed in the sportsbook. Odds are subject to change prior to bet settlement. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except in circumstances specified in the relevant market rules (for example, event postponement or void bet criteria).
All casino games, including slots, table games and live dealer products, are governed by the rules and RTP specifications provided by the respective game supplier. RTP figures are theoretical and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns on any individual session. pk358 does not control game outcomes, which are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game elements operated by human dealers in a studio environment.
pk358 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in odds or pricing; (b) the relevant event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise fails to proceed as scheduled; (c) the bet was placed in circumstances that constitute a breach of these Terms; or (d) technical or software errors materially affected the bet acceptance or settlement process. In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the User's account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk358. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, fund forfeiture and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
pk358 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The Platform offers a range of player protection tools accessible from the account settings panel, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits and self-exclusion functionality. Users are encouraged to use these tools proactively.
If you believe your gambling behaviour may be causing harm — financial, personal or emotional — you are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool to suspend your account for a defined or indefinite period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.

All content on the pk358 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of pk358 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit: (a) reproduction, modification or distribution of any Platform content; (b) reverse engineering or decompiling of any Platform software; (c) use of any data mining, scraping or automated data collection techniques; or (d) commercial exploitation of any Platform content without express written authorisation from pk358.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk358 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, service interruptions, or errors in game or bet settlement.
pk358 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free or secure at all times. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". In the event of a technical failure affecting bet or game outcomes, pk358 will endeavour to resolve the issue equitably, but cannot guarantee that any specific outcome will be preserved or reversed.
pk358 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from: (a) the User's reliance on information published on the Platform; (b) actions or omissions of third-party payment providers; (c) Force Majeure events; or (d) the User's failure to comply with applicable local laws.
pk358 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed by pk358 for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Funds balance (excluding Bonus Funds and winnings under investigation) will be returned to the User via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Users may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the pk358 support team via email at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bonus claims or active wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction, as determined by the operator's current licensing arrangements. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prejudice the right of either party to seek interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where urgently required to prevent irreparable harm.
pk358 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, pk358 will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected users via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.1 above.
